Moving in was easy and affordable. They are very welcoming here. It seems to be a quiet place to live. The staff is amazing, especially Ashley. She's friendly and quick to answer questions that we may have.

We have multiple family members living here. Its safe, scenic and just a great over all community. Lola in the office was so helpful and kind. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

I have absolutely the best experience with the Lakeview community, the office is a friendly and respectful environment, the people are very welcoming here. They work hard keeping the community clean and safe and maintains does an amazing job as well. Thanks the Lakeview community I am also now a home owner!

I love this community. The mobile homes are attractive and modern. I like the kitchen island and the split floor plan with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Lola Tess Conneally in management is dedicated to making this community a comfotable and pleasant place to live.

I came in and took a tour of the place and Martresa was really helpful and kind to me! I love this community and would love to live here! The community is well kept up, the mobile homes are very nice, and the view of the lake is amazing!! You will really enjoy living here!!

Lakeview is an AMAZING community to be apart of! The ambiance here is always inviting and warm. They really treat everyone like a family. The staff is always exceeding my expectations, especially the maintenance man Joe. His knowledge and professionalism is superior! I definitely recommend Lakeview to everyone I know!

This is a wonderful place to live. My kids can go out and play. I don’t have to worry about them had no issues with the break-ins theft management has always been really nice to me. They’ve always been honest about Rent, etc.. I have rented from these people for a very long time. I even left and came back because I really enjoyed it here.

We rented a new mobile home for 2.5 years here and our experience was overall very positive. The property manager is very responsive, helpful, and kind. We cannot say enough good things about the office staff either as they always went above and beyond for us. The maintenance staff is friendly, responded quickly, and were very helpful! This office and maintenance staff is absolutely the best we have experienced, and we have been renters for many years.The community always felt very safe to us and is also pet friendly, which we loved very much! We decided to move away due to needing more storage space and a fenced yard for our fur babies, but I really do highly recommend this community! If our needs for storage space and a yard ever change I would not hesitate to move back to this community or even purchase a home here.

Nice place to call home. Lots are clean and large. The management is friendly and makes sure to help whenever needed. Linda and Megan are working hard to help make sure the residents enjoy the community. The lake is stocked with fish. The community is nice and centrally located to all the major highways.
